Cancellation Policy

1. Redemption & Validity This voucher can be used as full or partial payment for a boudoir photoshoot session fee or any digital or physical photo products purchased directly from Sugar-n-Spice-Studio. The voucher is valid for exactly 12 months from the date of purchase.The expiry date is clearly printed on the voucher; expired vouchers cannot be extended, reactivated, or used for bookings.Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded (subject to statutory cooling-off periods), or used to purchase other gift vouchers. 2. Right to Cancel (Online/Phone Purchases Only) In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, the original purchaser has a 14-day "cooling-off" period from the date of purchase to request a full refund.This refund can only be issued to the original purchaser via the original payment method.The 14-day cooling-off period is instantly waived if a photoshoot is booked and takes place within those 14 days. 3. Bookings and Studio Cancellations All photoshoots are subject to availability. We highly recommend booking at least [e.g., 6–8] weeks in advance to secure your preferred date before the voucher expires.To secure a session date, the voucher holder must provide the unique voucher code at the time of booking.Our standard studio cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all voucher bookings. If you reschedule with less than 72hrs notice, or fail to attend your scheduled session, a rebooking fee may apply, or the voucher may be voided. 4. Transferability While the voucher is strictly non-refundable, it is fully transferable. If the recipient does not wish to use it, they may gift or sell it to another person, provided Sugar-n-Spice-Studio is notified of the name change prior to booking.
