Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing a Sugar-n-Spice Studio Gift Voucher. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing a voucher.

By purchasing a Gift Voucher, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

1. About Our Gift Vouchers

Sugar-n-Spice Studio Gift Vouchers may be purchased as gifts for another person or for personal use.

Gift Vouchers may be redeemed only against eligible Sugar-n-Spice Studio photography experiences, collections or products as specified on the voucher.

 

2. Validity

Gift Vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the original date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

To remain valid, the recipient must both:

• book their photography session; and

• redeem the voucher

before the expiry date.

Expired vouchers cannot normally be redeemed or extended. Any extension is entirely at the Studio's discretion and does not create an obligation to extend future vouchers.

 

3. Booking an Appointment

All appointments are subject to Studio availability.

We recommend booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment, particularly during busy periods.

The Studio cannot guarantee availability close to the voucher expiry date.

 

4. Age Requirement

Boudoir photography sessions are available only to clients aged 18 years or over.

Where a client appears to be under the age of 25, valid government-issued photographic identification may be requested before the session.

If satisfactory identification cannot be provided when requested, the Studio reserves the right to refuse the booking or session.

 

5. Transferability

Gift Vouchers may be transferred to another individual before they are redeemed.

Once redeemed against a booking, they become non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by the Studio.

Gift Vouchers may not be sold for commercial gain without the Studio's written permission.

 

6. Refunds

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

Where UK consumer law provides a statutory right to cancel, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

 

7. Cash Value

Gift Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged wholly or partly for cash.

Any unused balance remaining after redemption will be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Studio.

 

8. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Vouchers

The Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged Gift Vouchers.

Replacement vouchers may be issued at the Studio's discretion where satisfactory proof of purchase is provided.

 

9. Promotional Offers

Gift Vouchers cannot normally be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, competition prize or special offer unless expressly stated.

 

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Once a voucher has been redeemed and a photography session booked, the Studio's current Booking, Payment & Terms & Conditions apply.

At the time of publication these include:

• appointments may be rescheduled without charge when at least 14 days' notice is given;

• appointments changed with less than 14 days' notice are subject to the Studio's rescheduling policy;

• failure to attend a booked appointment without prior agreement may result in the voucher being forfeited.

11. What's Included

Each Gift Voucher is valid only for the products, services or experiences specifically described on the voucher.

Additional products, images or upgrades may be purchased separately at the Studio's current prices.

 

12. Photography Style

The recipient acknowledges that Sugar-n-Spice Studio has a distinctive artistic style.

Lighting, posing, editing and image presentation remain at the Studio's artistic discretion.

 

13. Privacy

Any personal information provided when redeeming a Gift Voucher will be processed in accordance with the Studio's Privacy Policy.

 

14. Limitation of Liability

The Studio will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing its services.

Except where liability cannot legally be excluded, the Studio's liability shall not exceed the value paid for the Gift Voucher.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

 

15. Force Majeure

The Studio shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, severe weather, fire, flood, equipment failure, supplier failure or government restrictions.

 

16. Changes to These Terms

Sugar-n-Spice Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The version in force on the date the Gift Voucher is purchased shall apply to that purchase.

 

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from the purchase or use of a Gift Voucher shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
